DIET Workout Days Meals (x5/day) Carbs: 3og x first THREE meals (the last two are veggie-only) Protein 28g x 5 meals + UPON WAKING ~22g protein from whey (since I train before I eat anything, Marc does not believe in totally fasted training but I can't stomach food) Fat 10g x 5 meals + 5g UPON WAKING from coconut oil. Non Workout Days Meals (x5/day) Carbs: 3og x first 2 meals Protein 28g x 5 meals Fat 5g x 5 meals +unlimited fibrous veggies. If I am too hungry I should "eat broccoli until (I) literally poop green" Supps: PFO fish oil, ADAM multi, whey (right now it's Nutrapro Choc Graham Cracker but it changes often) Intraworkout: Blue Razz Xtend, old formula (I'm still not QUITE ready to make the switch, as I much prefer the old formula!); I also take Scivation Vasocharge pre/sometimes intra-workout (because I am out of Scivation Novem and the price was right!) There are some preferred sources or protein/carbs/fat, usually I go for oats, quinoa, sweet potato, blueberries for carbs; protein is chicken breast, ground 99% turkey, round steak, chinook or coho salmon/albacore (on occasion, because it's expen$ive!), omega-3 eggs/egg whites and whey protein; fat is avocado, Trader Joes raw almond butter, coconut oil, coconut flakes, egg yolk, chinook/coho salmon. I usually eat broccoli and spinach for veggies, but I also eat green/yellow beans from the family garden, chard, kale, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onions, and summer squash when I can.
