I am a 29 year old man...I have trouble losing weight,I am looking for some help losing and keeping weight off. I am 5'10" and currently 260 lbs. I would like to get down to around 210 within the next 6 months to year. Any help or suggestions for supplements,training or whatever would greatly be appreciated!!

You'll need to get ample cardio every week....at least 3-4 times per week. It doesn't have to be high intensity to be effective....just walking 30 minutes to an hour each session will yield good results. Diet is the other key. Keep the protein high and the sugar low. Consume good carbs (sweet potatos, brown rice) and green veggies... and steer away from processed carbs and refined sugars and you'll be on your way.
