haha very true nonetheless keep up the great work and the videos! Your program is sick I freakin love it! Do you have any suggestions if my shoulders are lacking (how or if I should adjust your program to help shoulder development)?
To be honest, you CAN do them 2x per week, but I would have to custom design that for you. Perhaps give shoulders their own day AND hit them with some side laterals after chest--that might help!
Thanks for the advice definitely going to try that out, but your current program seems like it'll be intense so i'll stick with that for now

Incline Bench Press 135 x 15 225 x 15 315 x 12 405 x 3 315 x 6 Flat Machine Press DB Incline Flyes Cable Crossover Triceps Pressdowns Machine Triceps DIPS for 3 sets to failure Weighted Lower Abs Situps BAM! Diet is on point. Switching ALL meals to healthy oils, no PB. 219 today, time to dial it in for 216 stage weight!
