This is Marc Lobliner. Some might know me as the CEO and owner of a popular supplement company, but I have resigned from that position and am taking time to refocus my life, spend more time with my family, and move on the the next chapter in my life. In the process of finding this balance, I will also be training and eating with the goal of earning an IFBB Pro Card. I am trying out a new diet strategy focusing on some different fat sources and some new theories and I am now 231lbs at under 7% bodyfat. I would post a pic, but I do not have enough posts to do it! If you can find my facebook page, it is there. I am so impressed with the results of this program that I am putting others on it and they are getting equally impressive results. It involves NO grain carbs except for a weekly carb meal, a lot of berries and potatoes, lean protein and a lot of GOOD FAT. Pre-Cardio (If done in the morning): 2 scoops Whey (40g) Meal 1 6 Whole Eggs 200g Greek Yogurt Assorted Berries Meal 2 8oz Chicken 1Tbsp Macadamia Nut Oil Banana Broccoli Meal 3 PreWO 8oz Lean Beef 1Tbsp Coconut Oil Banana PWO IMMEDIATE 2 scoops Whey (40g) Meal 4 1HR PWO 8oz Lean Beef 8oz Sweet Potato or White Potato 2tbsp Peanut Butter Berries Meal 5 Egg Pancake (~50g Protein from Egg Whites) 2tbsp Peanut Butter 200g Greek Yogurt Assorted Berries My energy is high, digestion is amazing and all is running very smoothly. I LOVE it and the people I have on it are validating my thoughts. I will sometimes have a 6th meal, or I will snack on nuts or my wife's healthy cupcakes and brownies. Katie is amazing. My training is in a down phase now, meaning no going beyond failure. It is a program I have yet to list, so I will document it for a week for y'all and then I will compile it. It has some theories behind it, and it is working well for me! I have been toying with these principles for the last month and it involves blast and recovery phases. Marc, I wish you much success. I hope the Scivation brand can continue to deliver in your absence. I will following along on your quest for better results on your new diet and training method. I have used the Solution diet and Tri phase programs with success so I look forward to reading your new routine.
Great pics man! I hope to see the compiled list of workouts soon. Can you also post your diet compiled as well. How long do you actually stick to your routines or do you always mix it up? I am about to finish the tri-phase for the 3rd time and want a fresh routine but the tri-phase is great for mixing it up every 4 wks. Keep up the great work!
My training routine will be periodized and a unique system never done before. It WORKS! Give me a few weeks on it, it is very in depth. Diet will be posted soon, but I am also probably launching my diet system in the next few weeks, so I cannot disclose too much now as it would make it less exciting later on!!
