    So I started my diet and training with Marc and I thought I should post my progress..

    Day 5 of my diet and training.. Let's go...

    Meal 2PWO
    3 Whole DHA Eggs
    8 egg whites
    Oats

    Meal 1
    1.75 scoops MTS Nutrition Whey
    1tbsp macadamia nut oil

    Feeling good.. Week 1 was a little rough getting some meals in but it was because of work. But felt great in the gym .. Hit chest and triceps.. Feeling strong .. I will have my weight and measurements in with the second week check in.. Man thanks for everything .. Legs are also feeling strong..

    Missed 2 meals... Not good I know .. Question Marc.. If I'm using the free range or grass fed beef do I still take in a tsp of macadamia oil even though the beef is 90/10.

    90 is LEAN....use the tsp.
