I have taken this for about 8 days and generally I feel it works after 20 min of consumption with no after affect such as a bathroom run. Overall my pumps are what I love best but the focus is lacking. At least for me. The intensity is there so that makes up for that. There is never 1 powder that does it all as it says but I like 2.0 mostly. I take 1 scoop if I workout at night but 2 during afternoon workouts. The 2 scoops is the better for the results I mentioned but every ones tolerance is different. 2.0 is worth a shot. Anyone else tried 2.0?
That's still up for debate but so far it's okay. It's been 2 wks maybe not long enough to tell. I will continue to update.
I thought the original NO Xplode was effective, but it seems my body adjusted to it quickly....the effect diminished after about 2-3 weeks. I've not tried the new version, but I really like Dymatize Xpand and Scivation's NOVEM.....both seem to keep the effect even after months of continued use.
Well, I hope the effects do not wear off because that would suck with half a container left. I agree about the Novem and Xpand. I have tried both and was very happy with Novems focus and xpand had a good energy boost for me as well as pump. There are many that work as there is that don't but I like to change it up sometimes. Gaspari is another good maker w/ SP250.
