    Back, Traps and Biceps day. Good lord it was a great workout. I was suppose to do BB row and T-bar rows but my left leg is to sore to handle more than my bodyweight right now.
    BACK
    Rev Grip PullDowns: 3 x 8-12 with 150, 180, 210
    Med Grip Seated Cable Row: 3 x 8-10 with 180, 195, 210
    Wide Grip Pull Downs: (kept these rather light) 3 x 8-10 with 140, 160, 180
    TRAPS
    BB Shrug: 3 x 12-15 with 315lbs, i forgot my belt so i couldnt go higher on the weight.
    BICEPS
    Alt DB Curl: 3 x 8-12 with 35, 45, 55
    Preacher Machine Curl: 4 sets of 10 reps with 30 seconds rest between sets with 80lbs

    No cardio today. Felt strong and overall I felt great today. Diet is really keeping my energy and drive in check.

    PRE- Workout Mix: 1 scoop Dextrose, 1 scoop XTEND, 1 scoop BULLNOX
    INTRA-Workout: XTEND
    POST-Workout: 2 scoops Big Blend with 8oz Liquid egg whites, w/ 1 scoop MYO-T12 and 1 scoop Phosflex (out of this right now :( )
    POST-Workout Meal: 8oz Chicken, Zuchinni, mac oil

    Tomorrow and Saterday is legs, ill see what i can do but squats are out.

    Finally able to hit squats again. My leg is now 100%, must have been a mile strain but im golden now! On to more heavy ass weight!

    QUADS
    BB Squat: 6x6 with 305lbs These felt easy today
    Adductors: 3 x 12 with 290lbs
    Abductors: 3 x 12 with 290lbs

    CARDIO
    20 min LISS 4.0 incline @ 3.5mph

    I felt like a million bucks today! Damn fine workout.

    PRE- Workout Mix: 1 scoop Dextrose, 1 scoop XTEND, 1 scoop BULLNOX
    INTRA-Workout: XTEND

    Chest day today and I felt great! Strength was up a good bit as well. Diet is going very well and im holding at 211.5lbs for now but Marc has my carbs going up as of today. More oatmeal.. yay... lol

    Decline BB Press: 3x6-10 with 225, 245, 275.
    *on my last set i got a huge cramp in my back and dropped the weight on my chest after rep 4. wow the pain was crazy so i had to re-do the last set.
    Machine Seated Flys: 3 x 10-12 with 170, 200, 220lbs
    TRICEPS
    Incline Cable Skull Crushers/Press downs: 3 x 10-12 with 140, 160, 180.. damn hard set!
    DB Overhead Ext: 3 x 10 with 75, 85, 100

    FRONT DELTS
    Smith Machine Front Press: 3 x 6-8 with 185lbs

    PRE- Workout Mix: 1 scoop Dextrose, 1 scoop XTEND, 1 scoop BULLNOX
    INTRA-Workout: XTEND

    Felt awesome today, very little pain in my elbows and shoulders and i like that! This is my last week focusing on legs and next week starts focusing on chest again all the way to the meet.

    BICEPS
    BB Curls: 3 x 8 with 100lbs
    Seated Alt DB Curl: 3 x 8 with 40lbs
    DB Hammer Curl: 3 x 8 with 50, 55, 60
    Standing Double Bicep Cable Curl: 3 x 10 with 40, 50, 60
    *No traps today

    CARDIO
    20 min HIIT 5.0 incline ran 7.0mph for 1min, rest 1min

    PRE- Workout Mix: 1 scoop Dextrose, 1 scoop XTEND, 1 scoop BULLNOX
    INTRA-Workout: XTEND
    POST-Workout: 2 scoops Big Blend with 8oz Liquid egg whites, w/ 1 scoop MYO-T12 and 1 scoop Phosflex (out of this right now :( )

    Felt like a million bucks today. Damn happy with my pain free workout, something i always enjoy.

    Great leg day today. No spotter or partner today and normally that fks with my head but I mnaged to hit it hard and got every rep in and each one was ATG!
    QUADS
    BB Squat: 8 x 4 with 345lbs
    Seated Leg Curls: 4 x 8 with 150lbs
    Single Leg Ext: 3 x 10 with 60, 70, 80

    ABS
    Machine Crunches: 3 x 20 with 100lbs

    CARDIO
    20 min LISS 6.0 incline 3.5mph

    PRE- Workout Mix: 1 scoop Dextrose, 1 scoop XTEND, 1 scoop BULLNOX
    INTRA-Workout: XTEND

    Legs are steadily getting stronger, I love this routine im on becuase it kicks my ass and its making me stronger each and every workout!

    My entire body was sore as hell from yesterdays workout. I wokde feeling like a bulldozer ran me over..twice. I was up all night with BAD acid reflux and ate tums like crazy but nothing helped. So, i hit the gym with what i had left in me and it turned out pretty good.

    BB Squat: 10 x 3 with 365lbs
    Seated Leg Curl: 4 x 8 with 135, 145, 155, 165

    CARDIO
    20 min LISS 3.5 incline 3.5mph

    Legs are really going to get even with me tonight and in the morning thats for sure, im glad tomorrow is my day off. Monday starts focus on bench again for the meet VERY excited for that!

    Leg day.. again. This is my last week of heavy training before the meet on the 22nd. Not sure exactly what ill train next week but im giving this week all i got. Im feeling like 365lbs will be my 3rd attempt, but hopefully ill do better than that.

    Leg Press: 3 x 10-12 with 500, 600, 700
    *Super Set
    Seated Leg Curl: 3 x 10 with 140, 165, 195
    Leg Ext: 3 x 10 with 145, 160, 175
    Skipped Calves. I normally train around 2pm but tonight I had to hit it at 730pm and i really didnt like training that late, my energy and drive are headed south at that time. lol

    PRE- Workout Mix: 1 scoop Dextrose, 1 scoop XTEND, 1 scoop BULLNOX

    Legs felt decently strong, all sets were hard work but not that bad. Getting stronger, leaner and bigger... i likey!

    Chest and Triceps today. I had some pain in my right shoulder the first few sets then it finally
    "lubed" up enough to ease the pain. Shoulder joint pain isnt fun at all. Ive been doing rotator cuff exercises and they help a great deal.

    CHEST
    Incline BB Press: 185x10, 205x8, 225x6. *i havent done incline in a very long time.
    Flat DB Press; 3 x 10 with 100lbs
    Incline Cable flys: 3x10 with 40, 50, 60
    Machine Flys: 3 x 10 with 180, 200, 220
    TRICEPS
    CGBP: 3 x 6-8 with 185, 205, 225 *havent done these in a while either so this movemnt was weaker then ever before.
    Cable Press Downs: 3 x 10 with 120, 140, 160
    CARDIO / ABS
    Going back this evening to do abs and cardio

    Not really happy with todays workout but the pump was good and could really see my muscles working well. So i cant complain to much.
