Had my 1 scoop Scivation Whey and 1 Lean Green+Forskolin 20min before my mrning Cardio. 4 scoops of Xtend during. Cardio: 20 min Stepmill followed by 20min X-trainer then 5 min cool down on tread. Back later on today for weights

Weight this morning: 188.5 Today lower back felt good, so I decided to do some Deadlifts before cardio, why not! Training/ Cardio: WED: Deads, HIIT Deadlifts 154- 12, 204-8, 294-7,384-5, 485-4, 384-5,294-4 5 min warm up on Stepmill followed by 10 HIIT ( 15 sec at 8 out of 10 followed by 45 sec at 6 out of 10) 15 min X-Trainer at 16 out of 20 Diet(Per diabetic exchange): 250P, 60C, 60F, veggies as desired. Saturday higher carb day 210C all else the same. All foods are natural Whole foods, 6 meals a day eating every 2.5-3 hours.
