      Just about 1 month away from the end of the school year at Mizzou and that means time to breath and enjoy the 14 slow weeks of summer!

      Back to the grind of reality after a nice 5 day vacation with family in Wisconsin. 4 weeks away from the start of the fall semester at MU.

    27 year old single male from Madison, WI now living in mid Missouri for my current position with the University of Missouri Rec department. I have competed in 3 INBF bodybuilding shows and 1 NPC show between August of 2003 and April 2007. I have not competed since. I have dabbled in powerlifting since Jan 2008 and really found a liking for it! I am NSCA certified personal trainer and CSCS. I am pursuing my CISSN credential at present.
